How to change password
- Login at www.e-games.com.ph using your login name and password.
- At the right side Menu click CHANGE PASSWORD.
- You should provide the correct PIN CODE for you to change your password. If you forgot your pin code click on FIND PINCODE.
- Enter your log in Name and Password. PIN CODE will be sent to your registered email address.
- Once you receive notification mail of your PIN CODE, enter your old password and then your new desired password.
- Please enter a minimum 8 characters. Password is alphanumeric characters and is case sensitive. Spaces, special & chinese characters are not accepted.
- Click on update. You now have a new password.
NOTE: The New password will be sent to your registered e-mail address.

- Fill up all fields required in the HELPDESK FORM information:
- For CASE choose PORTAL.
- For CATEGORY choose ACCOUNT
- For AREA choose PIN CODE REQUEST
- You need to fill up all required fields in our HELPDESK FORM
- Click Submit Button. Please monitor your HELPDESK for reply
How to change e-mail
- Login using your login name and password. Click HELPDESK
- Fill up all fields required in the HELPDESK FORM information:
- For CASE choose PORTAL
- For CATEGORY choose ACCOUNT
- For AREA choose EMAIL CHANGE.
- You need to fill up all required fields in our Webcsform.
- Click Submit Button. Please monitor your HELPDESK FORM for reply.
How to file tickets for Hack/Scam
- Login using your login name and password. Click HELPDESK
- Fill up all fields required in the HELPDESK FORM information:
- For CASE choose RAN ONLINE.
- For CATEGORY choose GAME PLAY
- For AREA choose HACK OR SCAM
- You need to fill up all required fields in our HELPDESK FORM
- Click Submit Button. Please monitor your HELPDESK FORM for reply.
Rules of Conduct
The moment you created your account, you agreed to abide by the e-Games Terms and Conditions. This includes good online gaming etiquette and courtesybehaving like a good gamer should.
How do you keep your actions and words in check? Well, start by reading the following Rules of Conduct.
- Avoid making “unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous” posts, shouts and PMs (private messages).
- You should must not impersonate players, e-Games employees, Forum Moderators and Administrators for any reason.
- Do not post or claim any published works (game guides, articles, researches, interviews, fan arts, etc.) that you do not own; in other words, do not plagiarize. Do not disclose to the public information that you do not have the right to reveal (this includes confidential information about e-Games and all its games).
- Never post files that contain a virus or corrupted data.
- Remember to cite your references, sources or the legal notices when submitting/posting sensitive documents.
- Do not spam, flood, or use large embedded images).
- Do not post or distribute any ads, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation.
- Be a good citizen; do not violate the laws set by the Philippine Constitution.
Whenever you go online, always remember that breaking the rules mentioned above can be grounds for account suspension or termination depending on the severity of the offense.
If you’re having a hard time memorizing the rules stated here, cancel them out and replace them with one word: RESPECT. In the end, everything mentioned here can be achieved if you have respect for your fellow gamers, for the game that you play, and for the company behind it, e-Games.
